When you place an order with truly gorgeous flowers either by telephone or via the website www.trulygorgeousflowers.co.uk you are deemed to have read and understood the following terms and conditions.
Making a purchase
Making a purchase is easy just look through our flower product range and select the item of your choice, click place an order button and proceed to checkout, fill in your details and leave the rest to us at truly gorgeous flowers. Your truly gorgeous flowers will be hand delivered as requested for local delivery by one of our delivery team 7 days a week excluding bank holidays.
All products on our website are available for local delivery within our local delivery area.
Some products, flowers & plants may be harmful or poisonous, if you require any further information before submitting your order please contact us
All products are subject to availability, in the event of any supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
If for whatever reason truly gorgeous flowers are unable to fulfil your order we will refund the full amount to you or will redeliver at a later date & upgrade it to a greater value at our discretion free of charge.
We reserve the right to replace brands shown to equal value and quality
Please enter the full address including postcode. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
The only information sent with the gift is the personal message we do not pass on any other details at all.
Should recipients be away at time of delivery a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect them or rearrange delivery.
Same day delivery orders must be placed by phone or online by 1 pm. (Mon-Fri)
Next day delivery orders must be placed by phone or online by midnight the day before delivery (Mon-Fri).
Saturday or Sunday delivery orders must be placed online by midnight the Friday before the weekend delivery date.
No deliveries available on Bank Holidays orders placed on Bank Holidays will be delivered the next working day.
At peak times we reserve the right to extend delivery times.
If the incorrect delivery charge is selected at the checkout when payment is processed, the difference will be deducted from the flower value.
Where we deliver but no one was at home & we were unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either be delivered to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact to arrange collection or re delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all deliveries are delivered on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery of requested item will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be notified as soon as possible & we will make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payments in full.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives in a damaged or poor condition we will of course send out a replacement.
In case of delivery to locations where a third party is involved such as airports, hospitals, hotels, offices & other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note truly gorgeous flowers are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote or a neighbour if no one is at home. We regret that where goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere & where the person received, refuses or fails to return the item or items.
In any event of there being any difficulty in delivering your order to the recipient. We reserve the right to contact the recipient using contact details provided on order form.
When you place your order you are able to specify further information using delivery information in the space provided. This is to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which is not included in your address information i.e hospital ward or direction details we reserve the right not to action any delivery request specified in this space which we deem unacceptable & will use information provided elsewhere in order form to fulfill your order.
When placing a order for a patient or member of staff at a hospital it is important to check prior to purchase that the hospital will accept the florists delivery. It is important to provide us with an up to date ward number for a particular patient as some wards may accept flowers & others may not. We are not liable where a delivery is refused for a hospital order. Any remedy sought will be discretionary.
Funeral deliveries must be received at least 48 hours prior to funeral. If the order is to be delivered to funeral directors, the name of deceased must be provided along with the time & date of funeral.
Orders can be cancelled 48 hrs prior to specified date delivery by emailing email@example.com stating order number, name address & postcode of recipient and reason for cancelling. Please note once orders have been dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
Changes to your order
If you need to change your order, please email with details of changes you request. We are able to amend orders 48 hrs before dispatch for delivery.
Please note once orders have been dispatched orders cannot be amended. Any amendments or cancellation requested made on Bank holiday Monday will be assumed to be received the following working day. Please note once your order has been processed cancellation can only be made at our discretion.
Cut Off Times
Same day delivery orders must be placed by phone or online by 1 pm on the day of delivery (Mon – Fri)
Next day delivery orders must be placed online by midnight the day before the delivery date. (Mon – Fri) Excludes same day or Bank Holidays.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may cancel your order at anytime without reason, within 7 days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order & receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 7 working days of receipt & return the packaging item to us unused & in an as new condition you will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return the goods to us.
Please note this policy excludes all our flower products as these are perishable goods & exempt from this legislation. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Due to the perishable nature of all flower deliveries any complaints & refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis & will be at our discretion.
Please note flowers may only be returned /replaced or refunded if complaint is made within 24 hours of receipt this may be made by telephone or email, we are not liable for any complaint made outside this time.
If the flowers we delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of incorrect quantity, we shall take no liability unless you notify us of the problem within 24 hours of delivery of the products in question.
If flowers are disposed of without photographic evidence any remedy will be discretionary.
If we believe any order to be fraudulent we reserve the right to cancel & refund the order without explanation.
